Ingredients
  1. 1 cup of white whole wheat Flour or half cup of whole-wheat flour and half cup white flour
  2. 1-teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1-teaspoon cinnamon
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  7. 1/3 cup fat free vanilla or plain yogurt
  8. 2 tablespoons canola oil
  9. 1 large egg
  10. 1-teaspoon vanilla extract
  11. 1 1/3 cups uncooked old fashion oats- cooking rolled oats
  12. 1 cup yellow raisins
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350F
  2. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Combine – flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together is a bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, Combine –brown sugar, yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla
  5. Add flour mixture to the egg mixture and then gently fold in Oats and Raisins
  6. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls (or tablespoons if you prefer) 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet
  7. Bake 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. DO NOT Over Bake
