Ingredients
  1. 2 cups of Gluten Free Flour mixture ( see recipe)
  2. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 3/4 cup sugar
  5. 1 egg
  6. 3-4 bananas depending on size
  7. 3 tablespoon butter
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease loaf pan (9 5/8 X 5 1/2 X 2 3/4) or try making muffins
  3. Beat bananas, sugar, egg and butter
  4. Add the dry ingredients
  5. Mix thoroughly
  6. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until center is dry when inserting a knife
  7. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.

  1. I took a classic recipe that was handed down to me 40 years ago and made a few changes and this is what I came up with....This Gluten Free Banana Bread is sure to fool anyone. Your family, or guest will not even know its gluten free. I tried it on my family and they still have know idea that its gluten free! Meanwhile, my gluten free family members get to enjoy one of their favorite breads! Let me know what you think.
