• One on One Nutritional Consults in Office and Telehealth
  Consultations are provided on a one- to –one basis. The first session is 90 minutes personalized to meet your health needs including a nutritional plan and lifestyle changes. Our sessions are followed up with emails and phone calls to support you during the transition to optimal health. Packages are available.
• Pantry Clean Up & Supermarket Tours
  Before you head out shopping know what is in your pantry. We will go through your pantry looking at what’s on your shelves from snacks, cereals and other essential ingredients. Learn to keep the health supportive ingredients and eliminate the rest.
• Supermarket Tour
  Learn how to navigate the supermarket and choose seasonal foods and products without the harmful ingredients. Don’t fall for marketing ploys, learn to read the label and know how to decipher information.
• In Home Cooking Class
  Learn how to eat for your individualized health program whether its gluten free, diabetic, or recovering from cancer. I will teach you how to make nourishing and delicious meals that are simple and tasty.
• Recipe Development & Analysis
  For clients who want recipes developed, recipes are tested and include a complete nutrient analysis.
• Work Place Wellness
  Currently working with Employee Assistance Programs, lectures and webinars are available to employees to gain knowledge on nutrition, diets and lifestyle. Corporate wellness ignites an atmosphere where employees feel good about their work environment as well as feeling happy, healthy and less likely to feel stressed.
• Serve Safe Instructor & Proctor
  Do you have a food service establishment or just want to learn about food safety. I provide one on one and group classes teaching all aspects of food safety including temperatures and sanitation of workspace.
