Ingredients
- 1 cup of white whole wheat Flour or half cup of whole-wheat flour and half cup white flour
- 1-teaspoon baking powder
- 1-teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup fat free vanilla or plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1-teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups uncooked old fashion oats- cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup yellow raisins
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F
- Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Combine – flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together is a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, Combine –brown sugar, yogurt, oil, eggs, and vanilla
- Add flour mixture to the egg mixture and then gently fold in Oats and Raisins
- Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls (or tablespoons if you prefer) 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet
- Bake 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned. DO NOT Over Bake
